I Hate Cellulite

Cellulite is that lumpy bumpy orange peel effect that occurs on the skin of the hips, thighs and buttocks.

I'm of Those who have it and tried just about anything to get rid of or hide it .(creams, laser treatments, massages and body wraps)

The good news is, if you have cellulite, you are not alone. It’s estimated that 85 percent to 90 percent of women are affected by cellulite, as well as a small percentage of men.

Cellulite is fat that is deposited in pockets just below the surface of the skin near the hips, thighs and buttocks.

The causes of cellulite are thought to be a combination of factors, including genetics, hormone changes, stress, aging, diet, dehydration and muscle mass. Weight is not a determining factor. You can be slim and have a lot of it, or you can be heavy and have none at all.

Cellulite can be classified into four progressive stages

STAGE 0
Skin has no dimpling, even when pinched. If you’re among the 10 percent of women at Stage 0, consider yourself lucky (and consider us jealous!).

STAGE 1
Dimpling is visible only when skin is pinched.

STAGE 2
Dimpling is visible when standing, but not when lying down.

STAGE 3

Dimpling is visible when standing and when lying down.There is no way to permanently get rid of cellulite, and you should be wary of anyone claiming they can do so.

However, there are many treatments that will temporarily reduce the appearance of cellulite. But don’t expect a quick fix. Even the most expensive treatments often require weeks before you see results. Maintaining a cellulite-free legs also requires a healthy lifestyle.

HOW TO AVOID IT

● Eat a healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables and fiber

● Stay hydrated

● Exercise regularly to keep muscles toned and bones strong

● Maintain a healthy weight (no yo-yo or fad dieting)

● Stop smoking and eliminate alcohol.

TYPE OF LACE WIGS

Lace wigs fall into 3 general categories: Front Lace Wigs, Full Lace Wigs, and Whole Lace Wigs.

Front Lace Wigs have lace at the forehead extending from ear to ear. Therefore Front Lace wigs cannot be pulled in a high pony tail unlike Full Lace Wigs. Full Lace Wigs by some manufacturers come with lace on the front (ear to ear) and on the back which allows them to be put in a high ponytail. There is no lace on the crown. Some full lace wigs are custom made, and have lace all over which does not allow them to be one size fits all.

FASHIONABLE COUPLE JENNIFER LOPES AND MARC ANTHONY ANNOUNCED DIVORCE

Married life is over for Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony.

The Latino power couple, who tied the knot seven years ago and have two children together, announced on Friday afternoon that they plan on divorcing.

The statement about the celebrity couple divorce was surprising the public. Understandably, during this Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony always seem intimate in every opportunity.

Their home lives too far away from the gossip is not tasty. In a statement regarding his divorce, J. Lo and Anthony admitted it was the toughest decision they should take.

KANYE WEST IS LAUNCHING A FASHION LINE

Kanye West is launching his women's fashion line. He's not doing it all by himself, though—with the help from master-designer Louise Goldin, and advice from Central Saint Martins' professor Louis Wilson, West will launch his label during this year's New York Fashion Week.

After making a name for himself in the music world, Kanye West is ready to dominate fashion. The Chicago, Illinois rapper has allegedly made Paris his home in an attempt to launch a career in fashion, with plans to make a line for men and women at a studio in the city’s center.

ITS A GIRL!!!

Victoria and husband David Beckham shared their bundle of joy through a couple of pics.

 On her Twitter, Victoria posted a photo of David cradling their daughter Harper Seven with the caption, "Daddy's little girl".

At almost the same time, David uploaded a close-up photo of Victoria and Harper on his Facebook page and wrote, "I took this picture of my two girls sleeping."

Having three sons with Victoria, David said after the birth of the baby on July 10 that he is learning to be more delicate with the baby daughter. David also showed his happiness by stitching Harper's name along with her siblings' on his pink football shoes. "Check out my boots for the Real Madrid match. A little extra stitching needed from now on," David wrote.

Not only that, in a series of videos posted on Facebook, David stated reasons why he's enjoying every moment now. "To have another girl in the family is really incredible.

We've got three beautiful healthy boys already and we're so lucky to have that and now to have a beautiful little girl," he said.

 

"Having a daughter is a whole new thing. Having pink in the house, having lilac in the house... and you have to be a lot more delicate with girls than boys and I'm not used to that so it's a whole new experience."

Meanwhile, Victoria tweeted, "Baby Harper is the most beautiful baby girl I have ever seen, I have fallen in love all over again!!!"
